Our stay at this resort was truly a mixed bag. While the rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, the lack of Aveda products felt like a missed opportunity. The transportation to the beach and pool areas was convenient, and the beautiful beaches largely felt private, but the dining experience left something to be desired. Ultimately, we enjoyed our time but encountered a few quirks that could be improved.
The resort boasts stunning views and a lovely private plunge pool in the rooms, providing a serene escape. While the staff at reception were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, the dining experience left much to be desired, particularly during peak times. Overall, it's a great choice for a relaxing getaway, but be prepared for some delays in food service.
I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at Sugar Ridge Resort. The location offered breathtaking views and a cozy atmosphere with well-kept grounds. The rooms were comfortable but could use some updates. While the staff was friendly and accommodating, the dining experience left something to be desired, especially regarding breakfast quality. Overall, it was a lovely getaway with a few minor hiccups.
My stay at this resort was overall quite enjoyable, with improvements noticeable since my last visit. The rooms were decent and had lovely decks for some private time. However, the dining service could definitely use expansion, especially for lunch and dinner options. While the resort has great amenities and pools, the overall environment feels a bit neglected at times, especially in some details like the grounds.
I had a peaceful and relaxing stay at Sugar Ridge. The attentive staff and great dining options made for a delightful experience, though the property does need some maintenance and isn’t right by the beach. The infinity and main pools were lovely, but be prepared for plenty of walking on uneven surfaces. It’s a great spot if you're looking for tranquility, but just be aware of some accessibility issues and the shuttle situation to the beach.
